Service

DunningSafe monitors your Stripe subscriptions for failed payments and expiring cards, and sends automated recovery emails on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of recovery emails sent through DunningSafe. You must have permission to email your customers. You agree not to use DunningSafe for spam or unsolicited emails.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of liability

DunningSafe is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that all failed payments will be recovered. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
