What we collect

When you connect your Stripe account, we access subscription data (customer email, payment status, card expiry dates) via Stripe's API. We store encrypted access tokens and subscription metadata in our database.

How we use your data

We use subscription data solely to detect failed payments, expiring cards, and send recovery emails on your behalf. We never sell, share, or use your customer data for any other purpose.

Email sending

Recovery emails are sent via Resend on your behalf. Recipients see your business name, not DunningSafe.

Data security

Stripe access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Turso (SQLite at the edge) for database storage.

Data deletion

Disconnect your Stripe account from Settings to immediately revoke access and delete all stored tokens. Email us at hello@naptownlabs.dev to request full account deletion.
